Matt represents both defendants and plaintiffs in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration. Matt’s experience covers a variety of subject areas including: complex business disputes (ranging from breach of contract to fraud to fiduciary duty disputes), intellectual property disputes, and professional liability defense.
