Fighting Labor Trafficking in Cambodia

Earlier this year, Litigation attorney, Doug Kilday and his family packed their bags and moved to Cambodia. Together Doug and his wife, Thais accepted one-year fellowships to work with International Justice Mission (IJM). As you can imagine, this journey has been quite the adventure. In May 2017, IJM-Cambodia registered its first convictions in its new labor trafficking project — a cross-border case involving men tricked into forced labor for no pay on fishing vessels in Thailand.
