The Texas Supreme Court has granted a petition for review and set oral argument in a case handled by GDHM attorney William Christian. William Christian will be arguing on behalf of the Austin American-Statesman, the Houston Chronicle, and the San Antonio Express-News. The case is set for argument on September 15, 2010, at 9:00 a.m.
William Christian is certified in civil appellate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and a member of GDHM’s appellate group. GDHM’s appellate practice handles a broad range of appeals in Texas and federal courts.
