REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

• Represented a large commercial bank in arbitration arising from defaults on real estate investment loans, in which Graves Dougherty achieved a settlement requiring repayment of substantial amounts to the bank.  
• Defended local engineering firm in dispute over drainage issues, in which Graves Dougherty obtained summary judgment of plaintiff’s negligence, trespass, and other claims
• Defend subcontractor in lawsuit and arbitration against claims alleged by general contractor and/or property owner
• Defended local governmental entity in lawsuit alleging race discrimination and retaliation claims under Title VII
• Represent Texas General Land Office in litigation over land in the bed of the Canadian River in Hutchinson County and in The Laguna Madre in Cameron County.
