REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

  • Represented the city of Texas City, Texas, and Texas City Foreign Trade Zone in negotiating a lease from the State of Texas of land for construction of a $350 million container terminal port facility.
  • Represented a California development firm in contracting for a complex, phased purchase of multiple parcels, 200+ acres, of prime commercial property in Austin, and dealing with numerous regulatory issues for the proposed development.
