Julie Frey is a member of the firm's Estate Planning, Tax and Probate practice group, where she represents a wide spectrum of clients, ranging from individuals interested in estate planning and asset protection to small businesses seeking guidance on business succession planning. She is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Julie's past experience as a corporate and securities lawyer also allows her to offer her clients advice on a multitude of business-related issues.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- Represents individuals in preparation of wills, trusts and other estate planning documents, and provides advice related to estate taxation.
- Assists clients in establishing, funding and implementing family limited partnerships.

- Advises clients on disposition of assets involving life insurance and employee benefits.
- Represents executors and administrators in probate matters and estate administration.
- Represents non-profit corporations in connection with general corporate governance and achieving and maintaining tax-exempt status.
