Graves Dougherty takes seriously its responsibility to give back to the community that has sustained its success for so long.

The firm gives back by serving the greater good with numerous pro bono efforts and in fact, Graves Dougherty is a Central Texas leader in pro bono activities. Graves Dougherty works on numerous cases representing indigent clients from Volunteer Legal Services of Central Texas, and in 2005, the firm was honored by the Travis County Bar Association for accepting more pro bono cases than any other firm in Austin in the previous two years.

As a member of the Law Firm Pro Bono Project, the firm furthers its commitment as a Signatory Firm of the Law Firm Pro Bono Challenge, a globally recognized standard of pro bono goals.

Additionally, attorneys provide pro bono legal services for community organizations such as the Community Partnership for the Homeless, Ballet Austin, and Envision Central Texas.

Through involvement in a multitude of programs and organizations, our attorneys work hard to help ensure a bright future for everyone in the community.
