Graves, Dougherty, Hearon & Moody seeks an experienced attorney for the firm’s Estate Planning, Probate, and Trusts practice group with a minimum of eight years of experience. Focus in the areas of estate and gift tax planning, tax planning, the management and preparation of estate plans, and the creation of various estate planning documents including wills, powers of attorney, and various trusts is required. Experience in representing fiduciaries, including executors, trustees and agents, and in handling complex probate and estate administration matters is also required. Applicants must be licensed to practice in Texas and must have excellent academic credentials, work history, and verbal and written communication skills. Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law preferred but not required. The firm offers a collegial environment with competitive compensation and benefits.
