Bobby Salehi proudly represents a wide range of clients in many areas of administrative law, with a focus in environmental and regulatory litigation. Bobby has successfully represented clients in contested case hearings and other proceedings before various state regulatory bodies, including the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, Public Utility Commission, the Railroad Commission of Texas, the Texas Department of Banking, and the State Office of Administrative Hearings. His client base includes cities, developers, private landowners, and universities. Bobby serves as general or special counsel to numerous groundwater conservation districts, water supply corporations, and municipal utility districts.
Prior to joining the firm, Bobby spent nearly five years at the TCEQ in the Environmental Law Division, where he refined his current practice area doing all things water, including permitting, districts, enforcement, and water rights.
Bobby attended Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, followed by obtaining his Doctor of Jurisprudence and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.
When he’s not advocating for his clients, Bobby can be found in any of Austin’s new restaurants, watching his favorite sports teams, or trail hopping with his German Shepherd, Shah.
