About

Brian’s practice focuses on representing creditors and parties-in-interest in bankruptcy cases across Texas, as well as representing Chapter 7 trustees and debtors primarily in the Western District of Texas. He also has extensive experience handling general civil litigation matters in state court. Prior to joining GDHM, Brian clerked with the Honorable Craig A. Gargotta and interned with the Honorable H. Christopher Mott, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Texas.
