About

Hailey represents clients in a broad range of complex disputes in state and federal courts and arbitration tribunals.  She has experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions, managing discovery, and advocating for clients in the courtroom.

Hailey listens carefully to her clients and tailors her strategy to efficiently achieve their goals.  She is attuned to both the procedural posture and dynamics of each case and communicates effectively with opposing counsel and the court alike.

Before she was a lawyer, Hailey was an actor.  This background sharpened her empathy and strengthened her ability to effectively communicate.

Hailey loves to read fiction books in her spare time and admittedly joins too many book clubs.  She enjoys discussing Michigan football and Texas baseball, playing trivia, and watching Jeopardy.  As a native Austinite, you will often find her swimming at Barton Springs or walking the Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike Trail.
