Matt’s experience covers a variety of subject areas including: complex business disputes (ranging from breach of contract to fraud to fiduciary duty matters), real estate disputes, intellectual property disputes, personal injury and professional liability defense.

- a major telecommunications company and an electric utility company in various state and federal lawsuits
- a national banking institution in a federal lawsuit arising out of a complex lending transaction involving accounts receivable in Qatar
- a health care company in litigation arising out of a multimillion-dollar skilled nursing facilities purchase agreement
- a health care provider in federal employment litigation involving allegations of discrimination and False Claims Act violations
- a workers’ compensation insurance carrier in various state and federal lawsuits
