Attorney Matt Powers is scheduled to present at the 18th Annual Ultimate Trial Notebook on Friday, September 29. Matt will speak during the session titled “Witness Testimony: Tips for Direct and Cross” along with co-presenters Hon. Jan Soifer, Hon. Todd Wong, and Jeff Edwards.
The Ultimate Trial Notebook is an all-day CLE presented by the Civil Litigation Section of the Austin Bar Association. The event facilitates collaboration among state judges, federal judges, and local practitioners who share best practices for the modern trial lawyer.
