Graves Dougherty Hearon & Moody is pleased to announce that James P Hrissikopoulos has joined the firm’s Real Estate Section. With a diverse background spanning energy, finance, and real estate law, James brings a wealth of experience to the firm’s transactional practice.
James is a graduate of Texas Tech University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry, as well as a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He later earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s University School of Law.
Earlier in his career, James worked as a landman in both the Eagle Ford Shale and Permian Basin and subsequently served as a title attorney, rendering title opinions across Texas. Before joining Graves Dougherty, he was a member of a commercial real estate practice group with a focus on representing institutional lenders in complex structured loan originations and workouts.
At Graves Dougherty, James will focus his practice on general real estate and mineral transactions. He is board certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization
