Attorneys Pete Kennedy and Matt Harding at the 3rd Annual Federal Bench Bar Conference

Attorneys Matt Harding and Pete Kennedy are set to serve as speakers at the 3rd Annual Federal Bench Bar Conference, taking place on February 19th – 20th in Austin, Texas. Matt will speak on Thursday during the session titled “Immigration at the Crossroads: Federal Enforcement & Litigation Trends.” Joining him will be the Hon. Richard B. Farrer, Leigh N. Ganchan, and Kymberly Renaud. This session will address developments and emerging challenges currently shaping the immigration practice field in federal courts. On Friday, Pete will speak during the session “Winning on the Papers: Effective Written Advocacy in Federal Court” where he will share his practical knowledge on written advocacy.
