Christopher L. Elliott has been accepted into The Robert W. Calvert American Inn of Court.
American Inns of Court, including the Calvert Inn, work to enhance the quality and availability of justice in the United States. In being accepted for membership, Elliott joins a community of lawyers, judges, law students and law professors dedicated to enhancing ethics, professionalism and civility within the legal profession. Members also serve as a resource and mentor for younger lawyers. Mr. Elliott is one of only two people elected to membership in the Calvert Inn this year, out of over 20 applicants.
Mr. Elliott specializes in civil litigation. He is a member of The Million Dollar Advocates Forum, The American Board of Trial Advocates and The American Constitution Society. From 2001 to 2002, Elliott served as President of the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association. In addition to these professional achievements, Elliott serves on the boards of Austin Habitat for Humanity and Capital Area AIDS Legal Project.
Raised in Commerce, Texas, Elliott earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Austin College in 1984 and his law degree from Baylor University in 1990.
