David King participated in the virtual “Landlord-Tenant Issues and Covid-19” CLE hosted by the Austin Bar Association on Friday, April 24. David joined Judge Nicholas Chu, Judge Eric Shepperd, Jonathan Buck and Kennon Wooten (moderator), to discuss commercial lease issues, particularly covid-related rule changes for commercial leases and other changes in the post-covid legal landscape for commercial landlords and tenants.
