GDHM attorneys April Griffin and Marianne Nitsch participated in the Texas Bar CLE’s 35th Annual Course: Advanced Administrative Law held on July 13, 2023 at the Norris Conference Center. Griffin is this year’s Course Director and helped organize the event. She also moderated a panel with three Texas judges. The panel titled Round Robin Question and Answer With Your Texas Judges included: Honorable Thomas J. Baker, Justice, Third Court of Appeals; Honorable Brett Busby, Justice, Supreme Court of Texas; and Honorable Laurie Eiserloh, Judge, 455th District Court. Marianne Nitsch along with attorney Linda Secord led the session When Does Agency Action Become a Rule.
