GDHM is proud to announce Matt Kutac and Travis Phillips have become Shareholders in the firm.
Matt joined the firm’s Real Estate practice in 2013, where he has worked in the areas of real estate and commercial transactions, development, water rights and utilities. He has significant experience in representing developers, utilities and water districts. Before joining the firm, Matt practiced as an associate for seven years.
Travis joined the firm in 2013. He is member of the firm’s real estate group, where he focuses on commercial real estate and lending/finance transactions. Travis has been practicing law in Texas since he was licensed in 2006.
