GDHM Welcomes Daniela Peinado Welsh

GDHM is pleased to welcome Daniela Peinado Welsh to the firm’s litigation section.

Daniela is a litigator and former federal law clerk who helps clients navigate complex disputes.  She is passionate about serving clients’ short- and long-term needs.  This involves being transparent, looking for cost-effective ways to resolve disputes, and building authentic relationships with the local bench and bar. She is fluent in Spanish and licensed to practice in Texas, California, and Washington, D.C.

Daniela represents government entities, family-owned businesses, as well as Fortune 5 companies.  She handles all phases of a civil case, including pre-suit investigations, ex parte applications, pleadings, motions, discovery, document management, trial, settlement, and alternative dispute resolution.  She also manages post-judgment and appellate litigation.

Daniela’s clerkship gave her a world-class legal education. She also sharpened her skills at Notre Dame Law School, where she collaborated with an expert in complex litigation. She was one of ten students invited to join both the Law Review and Moot Court Board, and she served as Co-President of the Hispanic Law Students Association.

Daniela credits her resolve to being a woman of faith and descendant of Bolivian immigrants. She and her husband met a decade ago on a fateful bus ride from Barcelona to Madrid. Today, they are parents to a spunky one-year-old girl. They enjoy trying new coffee shops and hosting friends and family from around the world.
