GDHM Welcomes Matt Harding

Graves Dougherty is pleased to welcome attorney Matt Harding to the firm’s litigation section.

Matt joins the firm following a decade-long tenure as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Western District of Texas. He brings a wealth of courtroom experience and a distinguished record of public service. Matt has tried more than 40 jury trials to verdict in both federal and state courts. He has served as an Assistant District Attorney in Harris County, and as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Sam Sparks of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.  Matt worked as a software engineer at IBM in Austin and co-holds a U.S. patent for Page Allocation Management for Virtual Memory. Matt earned his B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Chicago and his J.D. with Highest Honors from the University of Texas School of Law.
