Russell’s practice focuses on a broad range of client needs including taxation, estate planning, business formation, and probate and estate administration, with a particular emphasis on complex federal tax issues and the preservation of wealth through efficient transfer techniques. By utilizing a variety of methods, including wills, trusts, and business organizations, he works to provide comprehensive planning for individuals and closely held business owners. He also assists clients with federal income tax planning, creation of tax-exempt entities, and taxation of estates and trusts.
