Election as a Fellow is limited members of the Texas Bar Foundation. Only one-third of one percent of Texas attorneys are elected each year. Every nominee undergoes a rigorous selection process by the Texas Bar Foundation Board of Trustees. Established in 1965, the Texas Bar Foundation is the nation’s largest charitably funded bar foundation, distributing over $27 million to support justice initiatives across Texas.
