Graves Dougherty is proud to announce that attorney Rudy Metayer was presented the Outstanding Alumni Award during Leadership Austin’s Community Engagement Awards on February 23. Each year, Leadership Austin’s Board of Directors recognizes three exceptional individuals who lead with a commitment to improving the Central Texas region.
Rudy was joined by fellow honorees Nhat Ho, President at Civilitude Engineers & Planners (Ascendant Alumni honoree) and Rep. Gina Hinojosa of House District 49 (Honorary Alum).
The Outstanding Alumni Award was first presented in 1989. It is Leadership Austin’s highest award and is given in the honor of Polly Scallorn who was the founding Executive Director of Leadership Austin and served in that role for 15 years.
