Graves Dougherty is proud to announce Brian Cumings has been named to the 2022 “Texas Rising Stars” list by Texas Super Lawyers Magazine. Brian has been recognized for his work in the area of business bankruptcy.
Brian’s practice focuses on representing creditors and parties-in-interest in bankruptcy cases across Texas, including extensive experience representing Chapter 7 Trustees. He also has substantial experience handling general civil litigation matters in state court.
The selection process for Rising Stars includes independent research and peer evaluation of attorneys either under 40 years old or practicing less than 10 years.
