GDHM Welcomes Barclay Proctor

Barclay Proctor attended the University of Texas at Austin earning a bachelor’s degree in government. He then earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. While in law school, Barclay served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Rebecca Rutherford of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He was the Associate Managing Editor of the SMU Law Review’s Texas Survey and a Chief in the SMU First Amendment Clinic. He joins the firm following private practice in Dallas. His practice focuses on a wide range of real estate and oil and gas matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, title and survey issues, development projects, and the negotiation of commercial agreements.
