GDHM is pleased to welcome Bobby M. Salehi to the firm’s litigation section. Bobby joins the firm after a long tenure at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality(TCEQ)- Environmental Law Division.
Bobby M. Salehi
Bobby’s environmental and utility practice covers an array of water, wastewater, districts, and enforcement matters representing developers, municipalities, and districts in front of various state regulatory bodies including the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUC), and the State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH). Prior to his current role, Bobby spent nearly five years at the TCEQ as an attorney in the Environmental Law Division where he primarily practiced in the realm of water law. There, he was lead counsel on many wastewater permitting matters as well as all things water districts.
Bobby attended Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, followed by obtaining his Doctor of Jurisprudence and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.
When he’s not advocating for his clients, Bobby can be found in any of Austin’s new restaurants, watching his favorite sports teams, or trail hopping with his German Shepherd, Shah.
