Graves Dougherty Hearon & Moody is pleased to welcome Frank L. Leffingwell to the firm’s Tax Planning Section, Estate Planning & Probate Section, and Real Estate Section. Frank’s practice is focused on the representation of investors, closely-held and family businesses, and high-net-worth individuals in business transactions, income tax planning, and estate planning matters, with particular emphasis in partnership taxation.
“Frank’s unique knowledge and experience as a business transactions and tax planning attorney will complement the firm’s existing estate planning practice and real estate practice groups,” said Jim Hemphill, the firm’s managing shareholder.
Frank is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, and the Austin Bar Association and is a Sustaining Life Fellow in the Texas Bar Foundation. Frank holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court.
