The IRS announced on April 22nd the launch of the IRS’ “Get My Payment” website. The website which is similar to the IRS’ “Where’s My Refund?” website permits taxpayers to check the date they can expect to receive their economic impact payment. The website also provides taxpayers the ability to update their direct deposit information. The creation of the website was previously announced by the IRS on April 15, 2020.
