Congratulations to Kevin Holcomb on receiving the 2018 J. Chrys Dougherty Award at the Judge Suzanne Covington Pro Bono Service Awards. Kevin has volunteered at Volunteer Legal Services of Central Texas clinics once a month since 1993 and continues his pro bono service by taking on new cases each year.
