GDHM attorney Natasha Martin will present at the 2023 Permian Basin Water in Energy Conference in Midland, Texas on Thursday, March 2, 2023. Natasha will present the “Federal Water Case Law Update” session. This session will review regulatory developments in the wake of court precedents, including developments in federal law on water rights and under the Clean Water Act, water quality challenges and the competing definitions of “Waters of the U.S.” (WOTUS).
The Permian Basin Water In Energy Conference connects industry leaders, experts and professionals to exchange best practices and cutting-edge approaches for the use of water in oil and gas production. Its mission is to facilitate collaboration and innovative strategy development for the improved use, recovery, and recycling of water in oil and gas production.
